The Cat's Cottage — Greenbank Cattery

We know how stressful it can be to leave your cat — they're not just pets, they're family. That's why we've created The Cat's Cottage: a warm, quiet, and cosy cattery where your feline friend can relax and feel safe. Every single one of our seven pens has its own heated sleeping area and a private outdoor run with lovely views over the farm and surrounding countryside. Your cat can choose to curl up in the warmth or stretch out in the sunshine — whatever takes their fancy.

We have one larger family pen that can comfortably house up to five cats from the same home, and our other pens each accommodate up to two cats. Every pen is individually accessed, so there's no risk of contact with other cats — just peace and quiet.

Inside, the sleeping areas are kept wonderfully warm, with clean, comfortable beds that are regularly refreshed. We provide both dry food and wet meat, but you're very welcome to bring your cat's own food — we know how particular they can be! We'll follow their feeding routine exactly as you do at home.

Because we're a small, family-run cattery, we're here all the time — your cat is never left alone. We check on them regularly, give them fuss and attention if they want it, or simply let them be if they prefer their own company. It's their holiday too, after all.

With a vet on call for emergencies, you can go away knowing your cat is in the safest of hands. Many of our cattery guests come back year after year, and some have been staying with us for over 15 years — we think that speaks for itself.
